Starting a Workout

Cardio Quest workouts consist of a list of Chapters selected by the user prior to starting. Each chapter is 11 Stages long and ranges from 20-30 minutes when first unlocked, and as low as 8-10 minutes once the user has acquired all the gear from that Chapter.

By clicking on a Chapter you can see the list of “Mobs” you will encounter and if available, any loot that Mob has a chance to drop. Mobs types include Normal, Elite, Boss, and Raid Boss. All Mobs drop loot, but not all Mobs have unique loot tables.

When you’re ready to work out, enter your HypeRate ID in the window shown below and make sure your Heart Rate is above the minimum you have set (Defaults to 100).
